About this house rental
This stunning luxury home in West Dennis sleeps nine people comfortably in four bedrooms. Featuring a chef’s kitchen, eye-catching design, comfortable spaces and an expansive backyard with a gas fire pit. You and your guests will relax in comfort while being just .6 miles from West Dennis Beach. In case you want to stay up on your fitness the home also features a well stocked gym with TV, treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine and free weights. For those looking for both physical AND spiritual improvement, the large yoga studio will be just the ticket. The main floor has the a thoughtful floor plan with the kitchen, dining area, sitting area, TV area, half bathroom and gym. Upstairs are the four bedrooms including a primary suite with a king bed, TV and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and large tiled glass shower. Down the hall are the other three bedrooms (one w/ a king, one w/ a queen and one w/ bunks beds w/ a single on the top and full bed on the bottom) plus another full bathroom. The home is filled with inspired touches like a large window in the kitchen that swings open to bring the outside in. Engage with your guests will prepping dinner and then spend the evening connecting around the fire in the backyard. A large outdoor shower is waiting for you to rinse off when you return from the beach. Multiple restaurants are nearby meaning you will never run out of options.
Tenants provide their own linens and towels. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Sat. to Sat., 7 night minimum during the peak season. 4 Night minimum during the shoulder seasons at a reduced rate. No pets please. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.

Great properties and location. The second time we have rented them.Once again, we felt that the houses were not checked before our arrival to make sure everything was in operating order. The grills at both houses were not functional and had to be replaced. They were not replaced in time for us to use during our stay. Mold was found in the ice machine & coffee pot. The septic system was not functioning properly (smelled during the week). I would definately recommend the property but also advise that it be checked out ahead of a rental.

A Great place for a family vacation.Amenities were great,the house was spotless when we arrived,location was great very close to the beaches (short walk or ride)And yes I would recommend it to anyone.The house could use some lobster tools to go with the nice lobster 🦞 pot.Adam was very helpful.

109 Fisk Street was everything we imagined and more! The property manager was so pleasant and called us as soon as we arrived to check that we arrived safely and settled in ok. He also shared some information about the property, nearby beautiful West Dennis Beach and Kelley Pond. Our vacation home was top notch, clean and convenient to grocery stores, some quaint stores, ice cream, and Bass River adventures. The kitchen was stocked nicely and the large kitchen window that popped up to outdoor bar and patio was awesome. All the beds were comfortable in the home. The yard was well manicured and had nice plants in bloom too. The front porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee and to wave hello to beach goers and passing neighbors. We were thrilled to meet the home owners and get there names. The gym was a very nice extra! We share just a few recommendations for the homeowners: a few mor kitchen towels would be very useful and the master bathroom rug for the shower could be cleaned or replaced with a teak bath mat. We would love to stay at 109 Fisk Street in the 2023 season! Oh and there was a Baltimore Oriole nest in the big tree in the backyard and we purchased an oriole feeder and jelly at Agway in Chatham and have enjoying our own family of orioles for several weeks since returning home from the Cape! Everything about this property was first rate… From the rental process, to the check in process, to the amazing interior and perfectly manicured outside living space… Our family had a great time, and we hope to return next year!
