As an extended family (3 generations)vacation spot this house/location was great. Super close to a grocery store but felt like a remote quiet beach town. The house pictures are accurate as it is ocean front, however you do need to use the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck to see the ocean.

Needs some work. Door going onto the deck was extremely difficult to open and lock. The water dispenser on the refrigerator stuck most of the time and you had to be careful you didn’t have water all over the floor. Exhaust vents in bathrooms were covered in dust. Beds were extremely uncomfortable! Furniture in main room not comfortable. We had a long drive with small children and needed to check in an hour early. The property was ready-so nothing special had to be done. We were charged 100 for this. We felt this was an unnecessary charge and just greedy. We checked out 3 hours early. You can check into hotels early and are not charged.
