About this house rental
We are new to Vrbo, but not new to hosting. On the other big short-term-rental site, we have been "Super Hosts" for the past 9 years, our home has always been a "Guest Favorite" and we currently have a 4.93 rating on 59 reviews.
Welcome to the home of Neil & Mahi. We moved from the hustle & bustle of NYC to the peace and quiet of beautiful Marlborough and we rent out our home when we are away.
Marlborough offers many historical places to visit nearby including the Wayside Inn and Walden Pond. There are also several great hiking trails in the area and in the summer Memorial Beach is a joy!
The house is about a 40 min drive to Boston (including Logan airport), 1 hour to Providence, RI and 45 mins to New Hampshire too.
The space:
The downstairs is open-concept. It includes a half bath, the dining room, the kitchen and the living room which has a natural gas fireplace. The first floor also features a walkout deck which leads down to the fenced-in backyard.
The upstairs includes 4 rooms.
1) the master bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite master bathroom
2) a second bedroom with a full size bed and, a TV and a desk
3) a third bedroom with a queen size bed and a desk.
4) a separate full bathroom

Excellent rental! We stayed for a week with our toddler and newborn, and it was the perfect space. Well equipped, lots of room, fully stocked with all the essentials you need. The only thing we found challenging was the location - it’s far off 495, so it ended up not being convenient for where we needed to travel daily. But the residential community the home is in feels safe and welcoming.

Property was quite nice and perfect for our needs. Things were pretty clean and i felt comfortable staying there. Few little maintenance things needed like the front door missing a knob latch so it would only stay closed with the deadbolt and the pots and pans selection was a bit lacking. Would have liked a few more chairs around the dining room table as there were only 4 and we couldn’t locate any extras. Quiet neighborhood with no barking dogs which i was really happy about as we’ve stayed at places with barking dogs in the neighborhood and it was miserable. I LOVED that all the toilets had bidet seats…thank you for that! The host was very swift to respond when we had a question. Overall a great experience and we would definitely rent here again given the value.

This home totally met our needs. We stayed here for 4-nights without any problems. The home comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 1 infant as our base of operation while we attended a long weekend of family events. Neil, (the host) was very responsive before as well as during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

This property was wonderful. The ambiance, spaciousness, and decor was so beautiful. Our host was immediately responsive. It was easy to come & go. Supplies were good, living spaces clean. The kitchen had some food products that were old. Bed pillows were big & lofty; if you like a soft pillow, bring your own. While our host responded with a new toaster & ironing board when we inquired, the outside deck had not been cleaned for awhile (I think it just needed the spring spruce-up.)Overall, a wonderful stay.
