The space
This traditional adobe home is a true Santa Fe treasure, combining historical charm with modern comfort. Lovingly preserved with original 1920s architectural details, such as viga-beamed ceilings, original windows, and classic adobe walls, the home creates a warm and welcoming ambiance. The separate casita offers a completely private space, perfect for those seeking extra privacy or for multi-generational families.

The casita offers a second living space complete with its own fireplace, pull-out sofa, and small dining area.

Every bedroom in both the main house and casita features a king-sized bed, ensuring ultimate
comfort for all guests. Snuggle into custom linens, plush duvets, premium mattresses, and plenty of cozy pillows for a restful night’s sleep.
Bathrooms
With four bathrooms to choose from, you’ll have plenty of space for everyone to freshen up. Enjoy luxury cotton towels, designer toiletries, and hairdryers.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker, coffee, tea, blender, and dishwasher. We’ve stocked it with all the cookware, bakeware, and essential spices to make your stay feel like home. There is also a full-sized washer/dryer.
Casita:
For ultimate privacy, the casita features a full kitchen, cozy living area with a fireplace, pull-out sofa, TV, and small dining space. Its separate king bedroom ensures you can retreat to your own quiet sanctuary.

Soak up stunning sunset views from landscaped patios, perfect for al fresco dining or a peaceful morning coffee. The 6-person hot tub is ideal for unwinding after a day of skiing or exploring Santa Fe, while the outdoor firepit with lounge chairs invites you to gather and stargaze under the clear desert sky.

We had an excellent stay. The place and attention to detail were even better that advertised. Casa Azul and the Casita had everything we could need and more. We also enjoyed the outdoor space and each evening enjoyed watching the sunset over the mountains. The house had rooms that felt warm and comfortable and the fire pits and fire places were great for this time of year. It was a great stay. Our only challenge was the construction happening next door. The workers started early and one day we had to leave the property because it was so loud, but this is a temporary challenge and would not deter us from future stays.

This property delivered as promised. It was super clean, super nice, well laid out and had plenty of room. It was within walking distance of town and close to the highway to the mountain.

We had a fabulous stay at the Lux Home with Casita! Six adult friends from around the country met in Santa Fe for a wonderful get-together. The property was everything the description promises - 3 King Size beds and separate full baths for each room - perfect for three couples! The house and separate Casita was spotless and absolutely everything was in working order! The views, hot tub, fire pits, furnishings and communication with the owners was great! Plus, the directions to locate the property were spot on! You cannot go wrong staying at this relaxing property! Enjoy, we did!

Even tho the access is definitely funky ---- have faith is worth it
Delightfully decorated and clean - very comfortable and private
don't let the last 1/4 mile of the drive into the property put you off --- such a fantastic location
