Beautiful spacious apartment overlooking the River Aven, situated at the entrance to the walking trails of the Bois d’amour and just a few minutes walk along the promenade Xavier Grall to the heart of this charming artist town and its’ excellent restaurants, museum, shops and galleries. Within a short drive you can explore unspoiled coastline, beautiful beaches. Recently renovated and furnished to a high standard of comfort and charm, this 90m2 apartment takes over the whole top floor of this former pension de famille. With its own private entrance it has the feeling of a house on top of a house. The rooms are well designed and spacious and with its high vaulted ceilings and views onto the river this is a luxurious place to stay and a wonderful base from which to explore the rivers, rias, woodlands and beaches.
