Located in Les Clefs at 735 m altitude, this step-free mountain apartment offers cool temperatures and fantastic views of the Alps, while being close to Lake Annecy and Manigod. Free shuttles connect to all Thônes Alex mountain passes. The private entrance leads to a large, peaceful wooden terrace. The 100 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, 3 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, and accommodates up to 8 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a large TV, as well as books and toys for children. A baby cot and high chair are also available. Beds are made upon arrival. Please note, towels are not provided. A filter coffee machine and a capsule coffee machine are available. Tennis courts and a pétanque field are 15 minutes away on foot. Hiking trails start right from the property. Free parking for several vehicles is on site. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Homemade tartiflette can be provided on request, available for an extra charge. Babysitting service is also available for an extra charge.
