OCCUPANCY LIMIT 25 This is a gorgeous 7 bedroom 6 bath year-round home on Long Lake. In a protected cove with large dock. The water is deep enough for a boat, great for fishing off the dock, but not ideal for swimming. There is an association beach a short walk or drive away. This amazing property has so much space inside and outside. The house has a game room, bedroom, and bathroom above the garage. The upstairs of the house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Main Suite is very spacious with direct access to a small deck with views of the water. The 1st floor has one bedroom with additional sleeping in the loft along with a bathroom. The 1st floor also has large kitchen with a professional grade kitchen. The open concept living room and dining area has plenty of room for gathering if you have to be inside. Two separate sliders lead onto the massive deck. The basement has 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also in the basement there is bar and an additional sitting area. We had a family group of 25. Tons of room to spread out with space for everyone, from 11 teens to 12 parents and grandparents. The house functions very well to allow teens to be loud and have their fun with grandparents tucked at opposite end of house getting needed rest and space. very flexible sleeping arrangements Everything you can think of needing in a house is there. kitchen is phenomenal, extra fridge in adjacent pantry is key and bar area downstairs is WAY better than pictures show; terrific ice maker and deep bar chest refrigeration! bedrooms are very large, and well appointed and the house is high quality construction, (very very well noise buffered) with many added amenities. The house if FAR nicer than pictures suggest. Deck is incredible with tons of seating (not all in pics, 23 was a breeze!) and fire pit also has tons of extra chairs not shown n pics.. kayaks are key. beach is a short walk. as told, swimming at house is not an option, but the walk is fine and its. nice sandy bottom at shared ‘neighborhood beach’, saw a few people there, never anything even close to a crowd! great brewery 3 miles away, fluvial, family friendly, great beer!, great jumping bridge and rope swing 7 miles away, stores and shopping 5-10 miles away. As long as you are okay with not having swimming in front of house, this house is a fantastic find. very fair price for all that you get. if on the fence, grab it with confidence. you won’t be disappointed. Great Coffee machines too!!

House is awesome and seems bigger in person! We had 18 people for a multi family vaca ages ranging from 8 to 80. Common areas are large outside and inside with a lot of seating areas so the whole group could hang or break off in little groups but still be together. House is clean and felt comfortable. Kids could hang in bottom floor living room - they had their own space. All the bedrooms really nice! The dock was so fun! We had a pontoon boat and docked it there. Cant swim off dock but we liked it bc didnt have to worry about kids jumping in unattended. Eric, the prop manager super responsive and helpful as he knows the area well. We would rent again!

The Deck House was a great spot for our family vacation this year. We had a large group of adults + 1 baby and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large meals with two fridges and a large range/oven. Lots of space for yard games and great fishing and kayaking spot. Everything was clean and beds were very comfortable.
