Newly renovated 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage! Ideally located between Short Pump and downtown Richmond ~10-15 minutes from everywhere you could want to explore! Make this charming cottage the place for your adventures in RVA!

Other 2 bedrooms- one has a full bed and desk, other has a queen bed

Our guests have access to the whole house with the exception of an owner`s closet. Guests access the house via a keyless entry.

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet a short drive to many delicious restaurants and a lot of shopping. Close to Scott`s Addition, Carytown, Short Pump and all the fav spots in Richmond!
The house is located 10 minutes of a drive away from the Cultural Arts Center in Glen Allen.
Off-street parking in the gravel driveway available, as well as additional street parking in front of the house. Car recommended, but Uber & Lyft available here.

Everything is on one level which made it great for my older dog. A couple people in the neighborhood were very friendly while I was walking my dog. Location is close to anything and everything. Great communication from the host before, during, and on the way out. Check this one out!

The house is very nice and is located in a nice area, but needs to have better furniture it’s hard to sit in metal chairs and also living room couch and chairs by adults . Other than that the home was greatPhillip Pierce
