Beautiful, renovated lakeside 3-bedroom home located in a gated community.
Amenities include:
=> Master bedroom with king bed, Smart Tv, and ensuite bath
=> Two additional bedrooms
=> Full bathroom
=> Washing machine and dryer
=> Fully equipped kitchen for cooking
=> 75” Smart Tv in living area
=> Large back deck with seating area and grill
=> Fenced back yard
=> Private parking on site
The house offers a quick drive to all the best Macon has to offer.
=> 5 min drive to Kroger
=> 5 min drive to AmStar Cinemas
=> 5 min drive to Wal-Mart and Lowe’s
=> 5 min drive to many restaurants
Parties and Events are not allowed. We do not accept partial payments.
House Rules & Occupancy Policy
• Maximum of 6 registered guests may stay overnight.
• Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.
• Additional visitors are not permitted unless approved in writing before arrival.
• Violations involving unregistered guests or occupancy limits may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property.
• Please respect the home, neighbors, and community at all times.
• Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the home.
• Report any damage as soon as it occurs.
• Lock all doors when leaving and at checkout.
Use of Property & Spaces
• If you have daytime plans or activities on the property, the reservation must include both the night before and the night of that day. The home is not available for single‑day daytime use without an overnight stay.
• A refundable hold may be required depending on the size or nature of your stay.
• Certain types of hosted activities may be considered with prior written approval.
• Any approved use must stay within the agreed‑upon number of people on the property.
• Capacity limits for overnight stays and daytime use may differ and must be approved in advance.

We rented this house for a weekend w friends, a concert and visiting the Allman Brothers sites, and it was just what we needed. The location is peaceful, a large deck to watch the birds on the water. The inside was comfortable, bright and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the house. The kitchen was beautiful and spacious and we loved the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the deck and lake. The deck and backyard were fabulous! The lake, wooded area across the lake, and the surrounding mature trees were brimming with so many species of birds. In the early morning they sounded like a symphony. Next time we plan to stay longer.
