About this house rental
Our 1,000 square foot, fully furnished, modern yet uniquely Montanan home is in a prime location!
We are centrally located with a 5-10 min drive to bars, restaurants, and all that Bozeman has to offer. 6 miles to the mouth of Hyalite Canyon, 20 miles from Bridger Bowl, 1.5 miles from Bobcat Stadium, 40 miles from Big Sky, and an hour and a half drive to Yellowstone National Park.
The space:
Amenities include a stocked kitchen with brand new cookware, stocked bathroom, a private patio setting with a gas fire pit, and an in unit washer/dryer.
Our guests can expect all the amenities of urban living: high-speed WIFI, 2 smart TVs, & keyless entry. This is a perfect space for 2-4 people, with a private bedroom, a large walk in closet, and a comfy pullout sofa bed.
Our guests will also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, to include a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. We also have a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more! If you have a question about what we have in the kitchen, please ask!
Guest access:
Check in and checkout at your leisure with a smart lock. Our guests will have access to a private garage, garage remote, and shared driveway space. There’s also plenty of street parking. The private garage has hooks to store skis, snowboards and bicycles.
Other things to note
Service dogs are welcome upon request.
Pack and play is available upon request.
Things to Note:
This unit is attached to our main home and has a private entrance. There is no door that leads from our home to the guest suite (similar to a townhome). The walls are attached by the garages and the unit's bathroom and walk in closet. We have never had complaints of noise and we've very rarely heard our guests.

After a long search we found this beautiful and as good as new property south of downtown Bozeman, which was absolutely perfect to explore the Bridger Mountains and Yellowstone. Super convieniently located close to shopping and downtown Bozeman. The property is beautiful and well maintained and lies in a quiet neighborhood. We absolutely loved the spacious and modern layout of the apartment, it left nothing to be desired! Important to us is always that the apartment is clean and it absolutely was! Marissa has been a great host and communication has been great! We wish we could have stayed longer and would certainly come back the next time we visit Yellowstone, we truly felt like home! Thank you Marissa!
