About this apartment rental
This great ground floor condo right off 280 in Alex City is conveniently located just across from River North Marina. The condo sleeps 8 guests and has its own dedicated boat slip for use during your stay. The full kitchen with coffee maker, Keurig, ice maker & breakfast bar opens to the dining area and living area with a sliding glass door to the patio. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, sliding glass door to the patio, and its own bathroom. The first bedroom upon entering the condo features a queen size bed. Double size bunk beds are in the guest room down the hall with the capacity to sleep 4. These 2 rooms share a full hallway bathroom with a large countertop and shower/tub combo. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. No pets or smoking allowed!

Short trip for Auburn parents weekend - property was about 30 min away from campus, much cheaper than staying in hotel for gameday. Property had everything we needed. Wished the main bedroom had a king bed but Queen was sufficient. Only thing I would change is maybe put some curtains in the master bedroom instead of the vertical blinds. It felt like people outside might could see in. The outside porch ceiling needs to be pressure washed badly. For some reason the showers make a weird loud whistling sound but other than that, everything was great. Would stay there again definitely.

Great place!. Excellent accomodations.
Boat "slip" really is not a slip - tie up on wall.
Suggestion - badly need more shade at pool.
There were stands for umbrellas but no umbrellas.
