The living room features a cozy fireplace and large windows that provide an abundance of natural light and stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.
The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for a good night`s sleep, while the bathroom features a spa-like shower, ensuring you start each day feeling refreshed.

Located just off the Bow Valley Trail and Highway 1, it`s a 20 minute walk to Downtown Canmore. Easy access to trails, including Policeman`s Creek. 20 minutes to Banff.

Roam Transit Bus #3 to Banff, #5 in town. Bus stop only a 10 minute walk away.
Convenient access to #1 Highway (no highway noise).
If you wish to use the Nordic Centre or travel to Kananaskis Country a Kananaskis Park Pass is required.
We charge 9% tax as per Alberta regulations (5% GST and 4% Tourism Levy)

The space was clean and comfortable with a beautiful mountain view from the balcony. The hot tubs and adjoining spaces were clean and well maintained.The instructions for checking in and out were easy and clear, the underground parking was great, and our hosts were quick to respond with any questions. The walk downtown was much longer than we had expected, but certainly doable, so overall, we had a great stay. Thank you guys for your hospitality.
