First level has no a/c. Floor fan is there but it’s noisy and not a good option for such small room. Cannot imagine how horrible it is there when it is hot outside! Opening window equals sleepless night. First floor shower is impossible to use as there is no “division” between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. Everything there smells as “bath mat” becomes wet from the moment you start showering.
Tons of dust around and under the bed on the second floor. Disgusting.
Beware: stairs are difficult to climb, especially with the luggage. You cannot avoid using stairs as they are connecting entrance to the first and then second floor.
On the positive side, host is VERY nice, helpful, accommodating, and responsive. Super prime location!
