Our first time at Marco island and we very much enjoyed our stay at this home. Coffee shops and restaurants within a mile walk or a 5 min drive. The pool was great! Plenty of seating outside and with privacy from vegetation. The home was clean and had everything anyone could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels for the pool/beach. There was a burrowing owl that sat on the window ledge each day and iguanas on the dock most afternoons. I would say be mindful when the description says the beach is a 9 minute walk. It is referring to the lagoon not the actual beach. That is about .75 miles from the far end of the parking lot. The park at tigertail beach is nice for the kids.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The house was a short distance to Tigertail Beach and the neighborhood was extremely peaceful and beautiful. It was nice to see the burrowing owls right outside the home and perching on the home!The pool was well maintained!My only issue was with the cleanliness as an VRBO housekeeper myself It definitely wasn’t as clean as I expected especially the master bedroom and bathroom, as well as lots of curtain pieces on the sliders missing! It could use a little updating with bedding, pillows, blankets, etc.When I first reached out, Harborview didn’t seem to know much about the property or distance to the beach, etc. crossing the lagoon etc! But for our first time here, we were overall happy with all of it and would stay in this neighborhood again!

Loved the house at tiger tail. Neighborhood was high end and we’ll kept. Beach was alittle farther then we thought but made it work. Went in January so was not able to get the pool water where we could swim in it. Hot tub did very well but no bubbles.

House, pool and neighborhood very nice. Outdoor space is great. It’s a bit of a walk to the ocean but very doable. Great shelling. Would definitely go back.
