Clean and modern home in a great NW Spokane location. Entire home remodeled and designed specifically for short term guests w/ electric vehicle charger. Located a short 4 miles from Riverside State Park/Bowl & Pitcher, Riverfront Park in downtown, Spokane Arena and The Podium Sportsplex. Also, just a short walk to Dwight Merkel Sports Complex, BMX Spokane, Joe Albi Skate Park and the VA Hospital. Now that spring is here we are finishing up the landscaping which includes a patio and fenced back yard.

Just a few miles from the Spokane River and Riverside State Parks Bowl and Pitcher with miles of hiking and mountain biking trails and the paved Centennial Trail. We are also just a 1/2 mile from the Dwight Merkel Sports Complex, BMX Spokane race track, Joe Albi Skate Park and the VA Hospital. The entire home has been renovated and is as close to a new home as you can get. It consists of three levels (Main floor, 2nd floor and basement) and is roughly 2300 sq/ft. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 Queen bedrooms and 1 Bedroom with two twinXL's. All beds are new and are either hybrid or memory foam beds. Kitchen table expands to accommodate 6+ chairs. The home has central A/C and is equipped with a tankless water heater to ensure everyone gets a hot shower.
