About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned studio for rent in the town of Saint-François, featuring a shared swimming pool and situated less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the 1st floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 41 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom, and you can enjoy a communal garden of around 100 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 41 m² living area with a king-size bed (180×200), sofa and TV
- A fully equipped kitchenette with a small dining area, including: an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bathroom with a bath and washing machine
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated) open all year round
- A 13.6 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A communal garden of 100 m²; beach chairs are available in the accommodation for use outdoors, by the pool or in the garden.
