You have private access to your entire unit, there is a shared foyer upon entry to the home to which you will enter the unit. You have a private balcony of the back sliding doors.
Please be aware that this unit directly backs onto the water.
The deck on the lower part of the garden near the creek may be shared with guests in the top unit.

The property was very clean and close to everything easy to book and and a lovely place to relax. My young granddaughter enjoyed having the water dragons ducks and bush turkeys in the creek at the bottom of the property. I would recommend this place and hope to go there again Sandra

Well supplied, even had shampoo and conditioner, night light in the bathroom. Great location, peaceful, short walk to the beach and short drive to shops.
I would recommend that more forks are added as there was only 3 and there was 4 of us.

We loved our stay, the place is nice and modern with lots of space. We loved how the house backs onto the creek, very relaxing!
