This newly refurbished, spacious 1BR/1BA villa located at Point Pleasant is perfect for a romantic get away. King Sized bed in the separate bedroom space. Open concept living with full sized kitchen, dining, office nook and comfy living area.

St. Thomas is a beautiful island with hills and mountains and beautiful beaches. We are set on a 15 acre hillside so using stairs is a normal part of the day! There are stairs to get to our place and stairs to get to the pools and restaurants.
Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby so they will be open, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!

My husband and I spent 11 nights at this condo and enjoyed every bit of it. It was very clean and TVs, air conditioners and fans were all in working condition. Nice kitchen and equipped well. My favorite part of this place is the patio and the view from the patio. We had morning coffees, happy hours and some meals sitting out there. The view is as pictured and is drop dead gorgeous. There are 3 pools on the property and we typically used the hilltop one since it was by our parking area. The condo is also conveniently located to a number of beaches and a few minute drive to Red Hook which has restaurants, stores and groceries. My only caution about this resort and property is that it is built on a mountain and everywhere you go there are inclines, declines, and steps so if you have trouble with steps/knees you may want to carefully check it out. there were only a few steps in the condo but it was the “getting there” that was a bit challenging. Overall a wonderful stay and we are already talking about going back next year
