We decided to stay close to Jacksonville for dr appointments and a quick beach trip. We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and beach right out the back. We really enjoyed the area. The condo was decorated cute and really clean. Will definitely be back

Chose this location as a middle meeting point for a group of friends. This condo was perfect in every sense.

This condo was in a great location, and I would categorize it as comfortable and beach themed. Those are the positives. This condo is expensive. You have an assigned spot in the parking lot, which I found occupied by someone else when I returned to the complex. The manager indicated it was probably the cleaner. Thank goodness I travel with wipes! Baseboards were dirty, washer left brown paper chads on my clothes and as long as you don’t look under furniture you’ll think it’s reasonably clean. Based on that I cleaned out the coffee pot before using. I’ll look elsewhere if I return to the area….
