Enjoy this 3-bedroom apartment with capacity for 6 people as a family, located on a seventh floor that offers beautiful views of the sea and the city. Although it is not on the beachfront, you will be on the nearby extensive beaches in just a few minutes, such as Playa Mezquitilla just 500 m away. 🌊
The accommodation, 85 m² furnished with taste and modern style, features a spacious and bright living-dining room with large glass doors that connect to a 45 m² terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and an awning to protect you from the sun and humidity, making it a perfect space for breakfast or lunch whilst enjoying the sunrises and the tranquillity of the surroundings. 🌅🍽️
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, making it easy to prepare all types of meals without complications. 🍳☕
The apartment has three bedrooms, all with double beds and wardrobes for storing your luggage. One of them has direct access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray, ideal for the comfort and privacy of families with children. In addition, there is an additional full bathroom with a bathtub, located in the hallway connecting the bedrooms. 🛏️🛁
Among the amenities are air conditioning with heat pump throughout the apartment and free wifi connection so you stay always connected. 📶❄️

Cubo's holiday Homes is very comfortable apartment. There are two big supermarkets, many cafes near the house. We were looking at the sunrise when drunk the morning coffee on the terrace. This host doesn't have the private parking, but there are a lot free parking places around house.I would like to make only one remark. In my opinion, the time of check out may be later on hour.I recommend "Cubo's holiday Homes"!

The property is nice & comfortable.The balcony is large & the view is nice.The reason for the 3 star score is for 3 reasons. Certain amenities are advertised but not available at the property.1) The Kitchen has very little cupboard space to store food. There is not enough glasses & Crockery.2) The kitchen does not have an oven or grill but this is advertised on the property page.3) The pool is only available to use from mid june to mid september. I stayed in the property at the end of May & was advised the pool was open before i booked. Upon arrival it was not & my children were very upset. Having a pool is a big part of our trips, especially for the kids. I received a partial refund but i would not of booked the apartment if i knew beforehand the pool was closed.It is unfortunate as the apartment is pleasant & in a great location near many restaurants & the beach.
