I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 70 square meters apartment, in the heart of the 10th district, located on the 6th floor with elevator (until the 5th floor, the last floor with stairs) and ready to receive 3 people. It is ideally located in a dynamic area widely served by public transport. The accommodation will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay.

My apartment is well equipped and includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room where you can relax after a long day.
You will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Bed linen, Towel, Microwave, Iron.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
With its location, you will be able to discover the emblematic places of Paris such as: the Eiffel Tower at 41 min by bus, the Sacré-Coeur at 18 min, the Pantheon at 26 min by subway, the Louvre Museum at 12 min, the Arc de Triomphe at 22 min, the Place de la Concorde at 19 min by bus, the Champs-Élysées at 22 min by subway, the Marais at 25 min and the Halles de PARIS at 18 min...
Bars and restaurants are nearby. For your shopping, you will find an ALDI at 6 min from your home. A Franprix store is 100 meters away and a Super U express 200 meters away.
