Larnaca Holiday Apartment - Location - Situated in one of the most sought after locations of Larnaca this 2 bedroom beachfront apartment offers direct access to the beach, amazing sea views, great comfort, luxury and relaxation.
Castella Beachfront Suite has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2020 and features a modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious open plan dining room and living room area opening up to the beach front balcony, complete with modern and comfortable furniture and direct access to the beach making it the ideal place to enjoy the view over a relaxing or romantic drink.
The master bedroom comes with a large comfortable double bed and while the second bedroom offers two full single beds. Both bedrooms are serviced by a modern bathroom with a shower enclosure. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, fully equipped and offers free Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV with English, Russian and European channels.
Larnaca Holiday Apartment - Castella Beachfront Suite is primarily located on Kastella Beach, a cosy beach equipped with Hawaiian style beach umbrellas, full convenience facilities and full bar service. The quaint fishing marina is right on the next beach. The area is located on the recently upgraded Piyale Pasha Avenue just 10 minutes walk to Mackenzie Beach which is probably the best beach in Larnaca and offers plethora of bars, restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy gourmet international cuisine or more traditional fish meze, amazing cocktails and great night life. The more central Finikoudes beach and square is also within walking distance on the other direction and there you can find most international chains of restaurants and cafes.
Larnaca airport is only about 7 minutes' drive and within a few minutes walk from he apartment you will find restaurants, bars, ice-cream shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and much more.
The Larnaka Region
East meets West in Larnaka (Larnaca) as both Christianity and Islam have revered religious sites here, with the mosque of Hala Sultan, an important Moslem place of pilgrimage, and the church of St Lazarus, Jesus’ friend whom he resurrected from the dead.
The Mountainous Area of Lanaka (Larnaca), is dotted with charming villages with welcoming locals. The listed village of Lefkara, is perhaps the most picturesque, with its narrow streets and stone houses with red-tiled roofs and central courtyards, and a history of producing wonderful handicrafts such as filigree silverware and a traditional kind of lace known the world over as “lefkaritika”. Legend has it that Leonardo da Vinci himself came here and bought an altar cloth, which he donated to Milan cathedral.
Amongst archaeological sites worth visiting, Choirokoitia is one of the best preserved sites of a prehistoric settlement brought to light in the Eastern Mediterranean, and has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The church of Angeloktisti, in the village of Kiti, has one of the finest examples of Byzantine art of the Justinian period, a rare 6th century mosaic of the Virgin and Child between two archangels, while perched dramatically on a rocky peak with a panoramic view over the surrounding area.

Too little supply of toilet paper (just one roll for 4 people / 5 days)
Building is older and not well isolated heating it in winter time is difficult with current A/C system

A few things are broken and need to be fixed - many lights are flickering, dishwasher is not properly fit in the kitchen and falls out, smaller pots and pans are missing (only one very big pot and pan available), some chairs are unstable
Making available a roll of paper towels would be a great value add and more toilet paper - it was out 2 days before we left

The property is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The apartment is well fitted out and the hosts are professional and accommodating. Perhaps the best thing is the location. It is right on the beach which has very reasonably priced sunbeds and umbrellas and is only crowded on weekends. Excellent restaurants - in particular Vareli and Zephyros - are nearby as are mini- and supermarkets. Many excellent cafes as well. An excellent bakery and downtown Larnaca are a longer but effortless walk. It is a perfect place from which to explore Larnaca and nearby areas. I hope to return again and again for the beach and seeing my relatives in Larnaca.

Literally beachfront. Very relaxing and excellent and immediate access to the beach. Ideal for familes with young children. You can walk to Larnaka and restaurants, cafe etc very near to the airport. I would certainly recommend this place
The balkiny had no shade at all till around 2 pm. Cyprus is a warm place. So if you don't want to go to the beach you are ibliged to stay indoors. Certainly it needs a shader, to protect from sun or even the rain and at the same time for the visitors to keep enjoying the beach.
