Margate is the best of everything the Jersey Shore has to offer! It is a community of beautiful beaches and dramatic bay views. Margate is perfect for those who want to enjoy a small town lifestyle with access to big city nightlife. Its sense of community shines through its stunning mix of new homes and those which have stood along the tree and fountain-lined streets for over 100 years. Margate boasts numerous places to worship, shop and play; including a tree-lined walkable business district filled with restaurants, cafes and boutique shops offering a variety of eclectic wares and mouth-watering flavor profiles.

Welcome to our beautiful Jersey Shore oasis! We want you to have an amazing time in our little slice of paradise while ensuring our home stays in great shape for everyone. We’ve had some past issues in the past, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help!

Pre-Check-in Requirement: For security and verification purposes, we require all primary guests to submit a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver`s license, passport) before we can send check-in details. This is a standard procedure and helps ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and all common areas. A cleaning fee of at least $250 will be charged for any violation.
No Firearms: For the safety and security of all guests and the property, the possession of firearms or any other weapons is strictly prohibited on the premises.
No parties or events—let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior—safety and respect for everyone are key.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am—we strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
Failure to report an issue directly to us first, to give us the opportunity to rectify it, will nullify any subsequent claims or complaints made to any booking platform.
Check-out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a fee.
Damages: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for damages caused during their stay.
Toilet paper only in the toilet—keeps the plumbing happy!

Age Requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
