BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The condo was very nice and very comfortable! It was exactly like the pictures showed. The location was perfect to stores and restaurants. We were able to walk to dinner a few times and there is a convenience store across the street which was very handy! We loved our stay and would definitely love to return!

We have been coming and staying this in for 4 years now and every year, we are so thankful for such wonderful family memories made. We feel like we are at home for a week at the beach here!

We loved our time at this VRBO. Amazing views and very clean! We would have enjoyed that beach towels are provided but overall this place was great and will definitely consider for future stays! Waking up to a beach view never gets old!

The condo itself, is nice, with the exception of squeaky doors and being able to hear every move of the neighbors above you. Both of which, made it hard for our 13 month old to sleep well. Pros: So close to the beach, gorgeous beach views, woke up and saw dolphins swimming, café across the street, spacious floor plan, etc. Cons: Unfortunately, the Property Manger has room for improvement. We were without an ironing board and didn't realize it until the day of our photo shoot. Calling around noon doesn't help you because they won't bring you an ironing board until two days later. Someone knocked on our front door at 10:30pm and there was no way to look out at who it was. My husband answered and it was some lady trying to use our bathroom. So random, so I called the Property Manager to ask for the phone number to Security (because the property is advertised as being secured by X company as you pull in), but the Property Manager did not have the number to reach Security so I was unable to report to anyone that some random woman was knocking on doors late at night. Security is quick to put a warning on your vehicle for parking in a Visitor spot, though! And while we knew it in advance, the whole providing 1 roll of TP and 1 trash bag for a week's stay, is absurd. It's impossible to buy what you need, TP, paper towels, trash bags, SOAP, and not have waste at the end of your stay. No one should have to buy all that while on vacation just to throw most of it away at the end of s
