We absolutely loved our stay! It's tucked back in the jungle so we were surrounded by birds and howler monkeys! It was the perfect escape from the business of life! Tony is a wonderful host and very attentive to anything that you might need!

The craftsmanship of this place is truly incredible. We loved our stay here, especially seeing 12 Howler monkeys up on the tree right in front of the cabin: 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Chalet Escondido. We saw many different types of wildlife such as the Coati, Walking Stick Bug, Bats, Giant Red-Winged Grasshopper and the Howler monkeys. We could hear and see the monkey daily during our stay. During our time here we did many day trips to various beaches. Our favorite was Playa Negra, not too busy and nice waves for families and renting surf boards. We also made it down to Nosara which we really liked as well. Overall a great place for nature lovers and good location for days trips. Thank you Tony for sharing a little piece of Pura Vida with us.
