While the decks are a favorite space, the two kitchens and dining areas will allow generations to spread out and find their place. Ample parking supports all the arrivals needed to bring everyone together.
The location by land is perfect for lakefront dining, nightlife and entertainment. Venture just a bit further to waterslides, concerts at the amphitheater, or the Bagnell Dam Strip. You will find all you need for an exceptional Lake of the Ozarks experience at High Tide!

This lake stay is less than 3 hours from Kansas City and St. Louis; and just a half day drive from Nebraska, Iowa and Illinois. All blacktop / paved roads to driveway. Closest international airport is KCI - Kansas City. Regional airports located in Springfield and Columbia.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

This is an awesome house and the view is stunning! The hosts provided contact information in case we had any issues or questions. We had three generations of family in attendance and there were things to do for everybody.

This was one of the most relaxing and fun stays we have had. The views were amazing, the house was beautiful, clean, open, and had everything we needed for a large party and a couple pets. We could fish right off the dock, which was very spacious and clean as well. The deck was huge! Everyone we communicated with was responsive and friendly. Everything was made easy since so many supplies were already in the home. Thank you for a relaxing, fun-filled spring break.

Spent Thanksgiving at this wonderful location. Spacious, clean and comfortable best describe. Whole family had space and took walks. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at this house, loved all the extras (spices, sandwich baggies, all the games, tubes and lily pad). The couches and beds were super comfortable. The house is pretty “sound proof” as the neighbors for the weekend were partiers and we didn’t hear them once we were in the house for the night.
House was clean upon first sight, but then when walking in my socks-they were dirty. I understand being at the lake and bugs-but even the windows and sills were dirty in the rooms. Could spray for spiders/bugs in the house.
