And Crystal Peak Pioneer Condo is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo (with great updates) that’s perfect for groups of up to six people. The living area features beautiful leather furniture and overlooks the Peak 7 base area and the Pioneer ski run. The views from the adjacent deck are great, too! The kitchen features updated quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and accessories you’ll need to keep your group happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter.
You’ll also enjoy full access to the pool, on site hot tubs, spa and bowling alley at the adjacent One Ski Hill Place Resort, making this a vacation experience you’ll remember forever. The gondola even stops right in front of this building as well, providing excellent access to the Peak 8 base area and downtown Breckenridge. My friends and I had a great time at the resort. Location was perfect and the room provided everything we needed. The temperature in the room was consistently 75 degrees even with the heat off. We needed to keep the doors and windows open to keep temps around 70. Our only complaint.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The property was very nice and comfortable but being at the top of the mountain didn't work out well for us. We struggled at night with the high altitude and no one in our family slept well the entire trip resulting in us deciding to leave a day early. We visit Breckenridge routinely but stay in town and the altitude has never bothered us the way it did at the top of the mountain. The other thing to consider with this unit in the summer is the proximity to the pool at the Grand Lodge which is very loud late into the night. Each night we heard kids screaming as loud as they could as late as 10pm. With no A/C you must keep the windows open to keep the unit cool and this was tough with too little kids that went to bed around 7:30/8pm. If you live in Colorado and are used to the altitude this unit probably would work well for you but for out of state folks I would highly consider the effects of being at over 10,000 ft altitude.
