This cozy one-bedroom Maine cottage sits on the quiet shores of Brandy Pond. The property shares a level lot with the owners’ main house and provides access to 100 feet of waterfront, a sandy beach, and a cement dock.
A paddleboard and two-person kayak are available for exploring the pond, and the dock can accommodate boats up to 20 feet, giving you access to the 40 miles of connected waterways of Brandy Pond, Long Lake, and Sebago Lake via the Songo River. The surrounding area also offers options for shopping, golfing, and other activities, making it a peaceful spot for a relaxed Maine getaway.
2026 Rates: $172/night PEAK season; $143/night LOW season
- 2-night minimum stays considered in the low season (May 30 - June 20 & August 29 - September 26)
- Hypoallergenic dogs may be allowed with $100 pet fee.
- Portable A/C unit in the living room- can be moved to the bedroom

We had a lovely vacation on Brandy Pond! The cabin was very comfortable and had all the necessities to enjoy a Maine lake experience. The owners of the adjacent home were absolutely fabulous and helpful. We always have a positive experience with Kranin as well!
