About this apartment rental
Beautifully Tropical Modern second floor Oceanfront Condo with brick fireplace. Second floor is the best floor due to view, enclosed hallways and easy to access from lobby. Beautifully decorated with king bed, sleeper sofa, extended kitchen with wine/beer fridge, stainless flat range and microwave, high end granite with extended counters. 65" tv, custom bathroom with shower/tub combo, all fixtures are all gold. This unit has everything with an awesome view, easy access, and best resort in town.

The awesome thing about the second floor at Ocean Reef is it is the only floor that is enclosed ...so no matter the temp outside it will not effect this great location. It is also accessible from the lobby from the wide staircase leading upstairs so no elevators are necessary. The view from the second floor is simply amazing as you are below the palm trees so it gives off an amazing tropical feel and you feel like you can just touch the ocean as it is so close. You can also hear the ocean really good is in the unit making it very tranquil.
Ocean Reef is one of the top resorts in the area in one of the best locations in Myrtle Beach off 71st ave N. Ocean Reef has an indoor water park thats enclosed in winter and open in summer , lazy river, 5 hot tubs, many pools, and a seasonal kids waterpark. Ocean Reef has an awesome outdoor bar and a breakfast buffet restaurant along with a large arcade
Rental Rules and Regulations
1) Must be at least 21 years of age to book.
2)Check in 4pm
3) Check out 10am
4). Approx 8 towel sets.. Linens for all beds(beds are fully made also), As we all know private rentals(private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8 towels sets instead of most rentals on here as most only offer 2 sets per bed.
5) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties.

I’ve stayed in over 10 different rooms at Ocean Reef and this is by far the best one yet ! First of all Ocean Reef is the best spot on the entire Grand Strand. It’s safe, it’s fun, it’s not too crowded. Being on the 2nd floor was the absolute best ever. Never having to wait on an elevator is next level. Literally! The room was very clean, had all the basic essentials and lots of towels!!!! And the best view. Eye level with the palm trees made me feel like I was in the Caribbean. The TV was a hit and we loved the fireplace as well. We eat in the room a lot so the kitchen was essential and was equipped appropriately. Thank you for sharing your property with us! We would definitely love to stay here in future trips to come!!!
