Luxury Ocean Front Home w/ its own Private Beach. New, Clean+ High end finishes.

We just returned from 4 nights at this home and could not be more happy with our stay. The ocean views were amazing, the home was beautiful inside and out and the owner was very responsive. The grill was being glitchy one evening and within a couple hours he sent someone over to fix it for us. My teenagers had a blast with the kayaks and the other amenities on site. Can’t wait to book again next summer!

Great beautiful house with a beautiful view. This property was also well maintained and beyond clean. The host was very personable and communicative and we would 10/10 stay here again. A few things to note for preference and planning purposes:1. There is not a flat surface/ paved surface to enter the home. You park on gravel, take stairs down and walk through the grass yard to enter. The only time this was an issue was unloading suitcases, when it had rained and otherwise was harder for my elderly mother to navigate. However, the yard is also well cared for so it was fine for the rest of us. 2. Other than the master bedroom (upstairs) there is not anywhere to unpack and there are not luggage stands. Minor inconvenience, but again for older travelers that could be hard with all the bending and floor space hazards. Each room did have a closet with a few provided hangers so that is an option. 3. There was not host provided soap, shampoo or conditioner in showers. Again, not a knock on the property, but good to plan for to make sure you pack enough.

Immaculate and spectacular view

Beautiful home with many amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. Private little beach with Kayaks and an amazing view. Fairly close proximity to other sights - New Port, Providence, Martha’s Vineyard, P-Town and many more Cape Cod sites!
