About this house rental
Brand new Pool and spa 4 bed 2 bath completely renovated home located 2 minutes to Vanderbilt beach and Mercato (restaurants, shopping and nightlife). Home is fully furnished, kitchenware, towels, beach chairs and an outdoor grill! Security cameras are located at the front door of the property and back camera is attached to the right corner facing the dining table. Back camera is shut off upon arrival. Front camera is left on for security purposes. We hope you have a great experience here.

Beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped home. We had a great stay and especially enjoyed the pool and proximity to restaurants and shops. Derek was a great host and responded quickly when questions came up. Highly recommend.

Our VRBO rental was in a fantastic location- just minutes away from great restaurants, the beach, shopping, and even pickleball courts. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our family to relax and enjoy time together. The host was immediately available to answer any questions, which made our stay even better. Thank you, Derek, for a wonderful experience!

Really enjoyed staying at the property while working in this area after Hurricane Ian. Great house, great host, and very easy check in and communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend.
