Beautiful 4400+ Square feet custom built home that comes with 350' of premier sandy lake superior shoreline. 4 bedrooms-- with 10 beds (4 Full size, 5 queen, to 1 King), 2 sectionals, 2 futons, etc... 4 Bathrooms (3.5 baths, including one custom clawfoot bathtub), a porch, fireplace, fire ring, and a beautiful kitchen. Please come and check out this secluded slice of Heaven located at the end of a 3 mile gravel road.
This house is a great opportunity to bring together loved ones and enjoy quiet time secluded on 10 acres just 20 miles from downtown Duluth. This property abounds with million dollar views, wildlife, and stars you can't imagine. Come spend time with your group on the beach or in the spacious main house around a fire on a cold winters' eve.
Bottom line. this is the perfect property for your family vacation. The only other residents on our road are retired, so we prefer to cater to family gatherings to enjoy our beautiful serenity and the north woods, slow-paced, lifestyle.

Microwave did not work. Ice cube did not dispense but we could reach them. Lots of sitting and game spaces. Great for large groups.

Right on Lake Superior! Lots of windows! Very large home, accommodated 18 of us. Rooms were comfortable & spaced apart nicely. Bathrooms on nearly every level but weren’t in the most convenient places. Bring shampoo & bath soap. Exterior entry/exit door for most rooms. Walking distance (1/2 mile) to wonderful beach for easier exploring of the shoreline & river, as the waterfront at the property isn’t as user friendly, but still worth checking out.The large family room with doors was appreciated for movie nights & the bright kitchen covered all our needs (the microwave did not work). Lots of seating. Laundry area was helpful. Games & DVD player were nice. Bring kids/family movies with you. Streaming did not work, internet not fast enough. Many fun spots to play hide & seek in the house! Catwalk above the kitchen was a hit too! Lots of stairs to consider for little ones & no childproofing. Deer nearby & in the yard. Bring outdoor yard activities for younger ones. Nice country-setting neighborhood. The heating & water systems had some kinks that need to get worked out but didn’t interfere with our stay.Close enough to see Amnicon State Park, Canal Park, Enger Tower, Gooseberry & others in a day. Superior was about 20 min drive for groceries, coffee, etc. Host was very kind & helpful. Easy to contact.Would stay again!

If you like things in the wilderness and quiet, this is a nice place. Many animals to watch.We were disappointed with accuracy of the listing. Listing says there is a playground, this would of been nice. No playground.Listing states there is a ping pong table, paddles and balls but no table.Property was large but yard was small, this was hard with small children.Listing states fire pit, so we brought wood. There is a fire ring but it is in a small clearing down steep path to lake, not practical location-looks like has never been used.There was about 1 foot between water and woods with several logs in way, making beach difficult to use.There was a beach that was nice withing walking distance.
