The open kitchen with dining and living area is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric cooker (2 plates), sink, extractor hood, filter coffee machine and kettle. A dining table for four people, SAT-TV (LCD), coffee table, hi-fi system and air conditioning complete the living comfort.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and window. Bed linen and towels are included.
The apartment offers sea view and parking on site. Smoking is not permitted, pets are not allowed.
The beach on concrete plateaus is only 50 m away, restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre can be reached in 1.4–1.6 km.
