About this house rental
Welcome to the Bluestone! Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. A 10 min. walk to the beach, train, groceries, bars & restaurants!
Experience LB w/o the crowds w/ access to 2 off-street parking spots, tons of outdoor space, a hot tub & an outdoor shower!
The house is equipped w/ 6 beach passes (w/o beach access is $15/person/day), towels, 6 adult bikes & 1 kid bike & helmets, a beach wagon, and 6 beach chairs. You have everything you need for your beach vacation!
Guests will have access to the entire house (except a downstairs storage area). They will enter through a combo code on the front door and/or garage.
Upon entry there is foyer for storage and shoes. Once up the stairs guests will find the open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, office space and half bath. Additionally off of the kitchen guests can access the deck; furnished with patio furniture and Weber gas grill. in addition, please enjoy the outdoor space, hot tub, outdoor shower, and covered and partially enclosed patio.
On the second floor guests will have access to the primary bedroom , two additional bedrooms, two full baths (one of which is an en-suite to the primary bedroom) and a laundry room.
There are two parking spots in the driveway and additional street parking is easy to find! Please do not block the driveway or sidewalk with your vehicles.
We love your dog friends and they are welcome in our home. We kindly request a $100 fee per dog (max of 2) and that they stay off of the furniture.
Our home is setup to accommodate a maximum of 6 overnight guests. If guests have additional guests, not included in the 6, an additional fee of $50 per night/guest will be incurred.
*Please note that there is a 4% fee charged on prepayments that request a refund on VRBO only. This fee is charged by the payment processor*
*Please note that we have smart thermostats and they will be limited to a MAX of 75 and a MIN of 65 for Heat or AC*

Great communication from the host. The house is gorgeous. The hot tub was fabulous. We didn't get a chance to play with the toys in the garage. There was actually enough room for 2 cars in the driveway. The beds were very comfy, super clean. 10/10 recommend.

Great location and loads of space. Walking distance to everything we needed. Easy access to the LIRR and boardwalk. Host was easily contactable and responsive. Was a great place to gather for our holiday celebration.

The house was great. It is in a nice neighborhood. Very convenient to the LIRR, 10 min walk and 10 min walk to the beach. Great food options 5-10 min walk from house. The house was clean when we arrived and the living space was very comfortable.

Modern, comfortable house walking distance to restaurants and the beach. It was well stocked with beach chairs, towels and beach passes. There were also bicycles, parking and a huge kitchen with everything you need. The hot tub and fenced in yard were huge bonuses. The host was responsive and helpful from our arrival to checkout. Would recommend this place highly.
