With access to two beaches, Armenopetra Beach just a 10 minute walk away and Kalyves Beach 7 minutes away, Villa Kalyves is the perfect location for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday for all the family. Many of our guests return every year!
It is a wonderful location for a holiday stay for up to 6 adults and 2 children.
This traditional Greek Villa and Cottage is set in a tranquil, peaceful and stunning location. There are five beaches within a 10-15 minute drive. The Villa has easy access to the main Skopelos road, so no four wheel drive vehicle is needed!
The separate Cottage provides self contained accommodation for a couple ( and two children on the upper floor) with views from its delightful terrace towards Armenopetra Beach and Kalyves Beach.
'Elios', with its shops and fine tavernas clustered around its beautiful harbour, is a 20-minute walk away or a few minutes drive.
The Olive Grove below the house is an idyllic area in which to relax and admire the views; take a coffee and a book and absorb the tranquillity of this perfectly peaceful location. Fruit trees are scattered throughout, there for guests to enjoy whatever might be in season.
The Villa has a double and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms and each has a terrace overlooking the sea. Views to the Aegean from the bedroom; delightful morning and evening!
The traditional Cottage is a favourite with guests, having a double bedroom with en-suite and its own lounge area with kitchenette and additional single beds. The Cottage has its own terrace and seating area with the most spectacular views.
Villa Kalyves has a spacious living area with a traditional stone floor and an amazing timber ceiling, tastefully furnished and is equipped with a large screen Smart TV and DVD player. Unlimited fast broadband means guests can access all their personal streaming needs. Dedicated boosters provide wi-fi throughout the property

The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, fan oven and ceramic hob and we always ensure there is home produced Villa Kalyves olive oil available for guests!
The large upper terrace boasts a dining table which can seat all the guests for evening dining whilst they enjoy the most amazing sunsets.
All rooms have new air-conditioning systems and our two solar powered units provide all the hot water needed.
The delightful pool, which has a shallow stepped access for younger ( or older) guests, is complimented with a large south facing sunbathing area which looks across the Aegean Sea and is equipped with sun loungers and sunshades. There is also a shower facility. A pergola provides a delightful shaded seating area for lunches and sun-downers. Quality beach towels are provided for guests.
Relax in the quiet areas found throughout the gardens, enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Villa Kalyves with its amazing views.

Wow what a place. If looking for a beautiful villa with stunning views across the Aegean Sea, then look no further! Villa Kalyves is in an amazing secluded location but within easy reach of both Neo Klima and Glossa and also with a couple of beaches a short walk away. Great space with a large kitchen/ living area, several outdoor seating areas, pool and olive groves to explore as well as the separate cottage - so perfect for my wife, daughter, mum and I. Anthoula, the amazing property manager met us at the port and helped with luggage, grocery shopping and always on hand to answer any questions. Could just sit and look at the view all day and night, will definitely be back!

Lovely holiday in this absolutely stunning villa. The advantage of a separate guesthouse for two gave our daughter and her boyfriend welcome privacy. The views are amazing and everything is provided for a comfortable stay including aircon, efficient insect nets on doors and tv channels for most tastes. The only drawback is the distance to other parts of Skopelos as the driving is a bit hair raising and a good 30-40 mins to Skopelos town that has the best the island has to offer of bars, shops, restaurants. You do need a car. The villa manager is lovely and helpful and the sense of peace and tranquility is superb as there is no worry about security on this beautiful island. Everyone is so friendly and the food is delicious and prices reasonable! Book your stay if you have a confident driver in your party and enjoy the views, the eagles, the sunsets and the sunshine!

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful, very well kept and stocked with everything we needed. Anthoula, the property manager, was extremely attentive and responsive. We'd love to come back, thank you for creating such a wonderful place.
