By the Boardwalk was carefully designed and built with the ultimate vacation in mind. This newly constructed home is one of our exclusive Blue Pearl Homes. Every item was handpicked with relaxation and convenience in mind. You will want for nothing more while vacationing at this 5 bedroom, 4 Full Bath, and 1 Half Bath oceanfront masterpiece.
As a member of our Blue Pearl collection, By the Boardwalk provides an upgraded linen package, with the beds made for you, and comes with a heated pool (may be heated upon request for $650/week + tax), a hot tub, and an elevator. Walking to the upper floors of By the Boardwalk you will enjoy endless ocean views on each level with large oceanfront windows in the living area and access to the outdoor covered decks. When not taking in the beautiful views of the Crystal Coast you can enjoy a relaxing time at the pool.This home is perfect for a family to spend time with each other, but still have their own space. Access all levels of this house using the convenience of an Elevator.
Ground Level: On this level, you will also have direct access to a the grill private pool and hot tub.Beach access is just steps away, right outside backgate.
Level One: This level is equipped with 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV and private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, TV and access to the oceanfront deck. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed, TV and access to the oceanfront deck. Bedroom #2 and #3 share the hall bath.
Level Two: The main kitchen and living area with access to beautiful views on the oceanfront deck, is found here. There is plenty of seating for all your family and friends with a dining table and bar seating to enjoy a delicious meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. This open floor plan home makes it easy to entertain the crowd this house can comfortably hold. There is a half bath on this level and also a cover deck opposite of the ocean front to catch a glimpse of life in the town of Atlantic Beach.
Level Three: This level boasts two more bedrooms. You will find Bedroom #4 has a King Bed with a private bath and TV with a covered oceanfront deck. Bedroom #5 has 2 Twin beds with TV and private bathroom.
Additional Amenities: High Speed Wireless Internet is throughout the house, 6 Flat Screen TVs, Book Library, Private Walkway to the Beach, Enclosed Yard, Garage, Enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, Washer and Dryer, Gas Grill, Covered Deck with Furniture, and Elevator.
Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

The property was set up to ensure that all were comfortable and had great amenities. The restaurants ad night life were conveniently close enough to walk to. Overall, we had a wonderful week celebrating family!
