About this house rental
The property is within walking distance of the white sandy beach in a well-kept residential complex. The bungalow is in the lower part of the complex. The living room is approximately 50 square meters and has a music system, television, kitchen and a spacious dining area. The large private courtyard with private pool is not visible and is equipped with a parasol and teak furniture. Through the courtyard you can reach the sleeping area with two rooms (2 single beds and 1 double bed). The spacious daylight bathroom includes shower, toilet, bidet. The partially covered sun terrace with a fantastic sea view of the bay of the Costa Calma can also be reached via the courtyard. Here you can eat comfortably and start the day relaxed or let it end.
Ideal holiday resort: On the Costa Calma you will find extensive shopping opportunities. Good restaurants, several rental car stations for individual island tours can be reached in a few minutes. It is not without reason that the Costa Calma is also a very popular travel destination for long-term vacationers. Here you can relax and "hibernate" if you book in time.

The property is exactly as described, well equipped very spacious lovely apartment and well located. The house and pool were cool and clean. Internet v fast. The real stand out were the hosts. Very good communications, lovely people, great advice for local activities, shops, hikes, places/beaches etc. And extremely helpful with check in and out times. I really can't compliment them enough on that last part. It was a huge help to be able to leave a little later (I imagine that's only because the apartment wasn't reoccupied that day). But we could have bag dropped otherwise. All four of us were equally complimentary and already planning our next visit to the Island and the accommodation is a given. 100% with Eddie and Fenny. We have stayed in the area before, but this property for me was my favourite. 10 minute walk to town for the main shops and restaurants, but there are other restaurants close-by. Beach a few minutes away - nice and quiet area. Perfect for a holiday to relax and unwind. We hope to visit again.

Had a lovely 10 days in this apartment. It was clean, very well appointed, with everything you need. The pool was great, a little fresh, but it's early season. The owner was very good with communication and was very accomodating with our late arrival time. Would recommend highly.
