About this house rental

This remodeled 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom town home features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, modern finishes and a cozy country club pine tree location. Primary bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom, second bedroom has two twin sized beds and private deck and the living room has a fold out couch. There are two decks one with a grill for your use, an open floor plan and a full size garage. *One portable a/c unit in each bedroom, NO central air conditioning.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family. The location was excellent—close to local attractions, restaurants, and everything we needed during our trip. The space worked great for both adults and kids, and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

Property was in good proximity to downtown, hiking and getting on the freeway. There were a lot of stairs. No problem unless you have bad knees or hips. Everything was clean except for the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Didn’t turn it on because of all the dust that was accumulated on the blades. Liked having the garage to park in.

We enjoyed the townhouse very much. It’s very roomy with the two bedrooms and two baths upstairs. Was nice to have a full size garage and the subdivision/area is nice and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked and furniture is nice.
