About this house rental
Welcome to our luxurious warm winter getaway near beautiful Dove Valley Ranch & Golf Club. Located next to North Scottsdale. The home is located in a quiet gated upscale gated neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Our home features vaulted ceilings both upstairs and down. There is a bedroom and a full bath downstairs (which can substitute for a master) and three bedrooms upstairs. This includes the main master with his and hers walk in closets, soaking tub, and shower. The home is very comfortable with luxurious furniture and is decorated to reflect the area’s rich history. It is a perfect place to escape harsh weather from other parts of the nation. Swimming pool has the option of being heated for an additional fee of $175 per week. Added upon request at the time of registration as an additional fee.
Our home is newly remodeled and feels brand new; it boasts beautiful furniture throughout with two super sectional couches and a master bedroom ensuite to relax in for hours. The fully equipped kitchen is one for entertaining which is connected to the family room, and has a nook with a large dining table that looks onto the pool. You will have the conveniences of a kitchen equipped with a double stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. Enjoy two 50” LED flat screens in the family and master bed which makes it the perfect getaway to cozy up for a great movie or the big game. The master has a large den/retreat that has a queen size bed and desk area. Play cards in the “Tommy Bahama Room” or sit and electrically recline in the fantastic western themed family room.
The beautiful resort like back yard is landscaped with tropical palms, desert trees, gardenias, and lovely Bougainvillea. The private back yard backs to a quiet natural desert nature preserve area. It has a covered patio with a ceiling fan, full furniture, and a gas BBQ with all the utensils you will need to create a great meal. Swim in your full size private diving pool (heated optional with a fee) and afterwards, lounge in comfort on the patio for a relaxing evening. Home has all new appliances, in house laundry, two air conditioners, two forced air gas furnaces, and a two car attached garage.
Enjoy the lovely historic western town of Cave Creek and the artist colony of Carefree. Where there is a farmer’s market, horseback riding, hiking, and ATV rides etc.. The town also has many festivals including the balloon festival, antique car show, western days, and many more. Dine at romantic El Encanto or try your two step at the Buffalo Chip Western Rodeo Saloon.
Many major sporting and other events take place in this area, such as NBL baseball spring training, the Barrett Jackson Auction, Arabian Horse show, the FBR Phoenix Open TPC and Birds Nest events. Nearby world class shopping (a short drive away) to Desert Ridge, Kierland/Scottsdale malls, and other shopping centers and upscale boutiques and spas.
Home is surrounded by amenities: World class golf courses abound in our area. Paved bicycle paths, hiking trails, parks, Dove Valley Ranch Golf Couse, breathtaking scenery at Black Mountain Nature Preserve. Grocery stores, pharmacies, Target, Walmart, Fry’s, Walgreens, CVS, restaurants, services, new Abrazo Cave Creek Hospital/urgent care/emergency ,and gas stations are also all within a short walk or drive from our community.

Absolutely Positively NO PETS and NO SMOKING/VAPING Please!. As a Note: There is no garage parking available, instead there is ample parking in the driveway for two cars during your stay/no street parking. There is free safe overflow parking up the street at for many cars it is a safe/well lit populated area. The fire pit and tiki-torch are not available to guests per safety/insurance reasons as there is no automatic shut off for the natural gas- there are no exceptions on this. Peter and Angelina's home in a gated and very quiet Cave Creek community was exactly as advertised. The home is very spacious, well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials. The pool area was great for relaxing after a day of exploring/hiking in the Cave Creek and Carefree areas. This is our third year staying in the Cave Creek area and we love everything that this location has to offer. Peter was the best host that we have experienced booking through Vrbo. He was truly concerned that every aspect of our stay met our expectations, and checked in with us periodically to make sure we were comfortable. When we did have a question he responded immediately. We had an excellent stay and highly recommended their property.

My husband and brother-in-law and I had a very nice stay at Peter's place. We were in town for a surgery my husband was having at Mayo Clinic. As a result we needed a few special accommodations and Peter was very willing to work with us and eager to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I don't think anyone could ask for a more accommodating host. As for the home itself, it was spotlessly clean and quite comfortable. The house is a little more automated than I would prefer but that is just my preference. The doors lock automatically, room temperature resets itself and most things can be controlled remotely by the homeowners. Once we got used to it, it was fine. We really appreciated the place and it is amazing for the price. Would encourage anyone to give it a try.
