This newly renovated home boasts luxury, comfort, and style centrally located within the city. Enjoy the public art and socially diverse open spaces. Check out distinctive recreation and nightlife, enticing eats, and quirky shops. Then, come home and relax in this 3 bdrm 2.5 bath with fenced-in backyard, full kitchen, and laundry access.

The house is part of a duplex. This is the house on the west side of the duplex. There is a shared wall, which is well insulated, but please note there may be some minor noise if guests are renting the other house. Please take a look at our other listing if the house is booked for your trip dates or if you are a large group, and want to rent both sides.
