Penthouse Apartment on Los Locos B with Sea View, Wi-Fi, A/C & Terrace

Great location for a chilled out holiday for the family

Pros: Ubicación perfecta Cons: Tienen algunos problemas con la instalación eléctrica y no se puede encender la cocina sin quitar el aire acondicionado y el calentador de agua .

Pros: My wife and I spent 3 weeks in the Hamilton's apartment in Torrevieja from last week of September to mid-October. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay: the appartment is large for 2 people(3 bedrooms)but would probably be a bit cramped for 6. The view from the balcony is stunning - it can get pretty windy though. A small problem with the TV was sorted to our satisfaction; the WiFi and the electrical equipment worked wel. The communication with Kim Hamilton and their local agent Brenda was extremely pleasant and efficient. A minor point was that some of the furniture, windows and fittings were showing signs of wear, but we have heard the appartment is to be renovated in the near future, which should put it right back in the top bracket. The area of Torrevieja remains very Spannish, despite large numbers of Scandinavians, Russians, and English. Torrevieja has none of the usual signs of mass tourism such as jet ski's, parasailing, etc, and the Los Locos beach directly in front of the appartment is mainly occupied by locals. The harbour and town centre are a short walk of abt 3 kms, and up and down the coast are more lovely beaches to enjoy. We would certainly recommend this apartment and Torrevieja to everybody looking for a restfull holiday - a rental car is , in our opinion, a must.

Pros: Well what can I say this was one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in ,there is nothing they have not thought about .Comfort was second to none the beds must be the best beds we have ever slept in and the view from the balcony was to die for Hopefully we will be back
