This fantastic, centrally located, safe, luxurious, 2 bed/2 bath loft was planned out for comfort & function with top quality amenities that are sure to please! This place is one of kind. Located just minutes from UL, Downtown, Parks, Grocery Stores, Hospitals, Shopping, you will have the best Lafayette has to offer at your fingertips. The property was pristine. So comfortable. Great location. And an easy place to walk the dogs right across the street! It felt safe as well. Would definitely stay again!

WONDERFUL host & stay!! Very clean with SUPER comfy beds (adjustable head), plenty of space, good water pressure in both showers, anything you might need to make a meal in the stocked kitchen, laundry room downstairs (with detergent pods and dryer sheets), close to Dean-O’s Pizza on Bertrand (try it and thank me later lol). There’s a 2 car garage to park your vehicles in - but if you have more than that, one person can park directly behind the garage opening or park across the alleyway and street in that lot. The smart thermostat for the AC was a little finicky but that could be user error lol.
