The Premium Loft: Consists of two double-height floors with two spacious living areas. First floor: reception area, table and chairs, a futon that converts into a comfortable bed, a fully equipped built-in kitchen, a half-bath, and a balcony terrace with a table and chairs. A comfortable staircase leads to the upper level, which features a spacious suite with a king-size bed (2x2) that can be converted into two single beds, another futon bed and/or desk, a full bathroom with a bathtub, a walk-in closet or wardrobe with a safe, a desk, and another balcony on the upper level for ventilation and plenty of natural light. With open views of the tree-lined street and Monseñor de Andrea Square.
The lofts feature individual radiant floor heating, air conditioning, flat-screen TVs with cable, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for your comfort.

The property was fantastic. Located in a very safe neighbourhood, many shops close around, and very easy to explore the shops. Everyone at the location was so kind and helpful and did everything they possibly could to accommodate our needs…even providing me a universal adapter and allowing us to stay a little longer due to a delayed flight. I can’t recommend this place enough, you won’t regret it.
