Short walk to the beach, cool air conditioning, and comfortable beds. The GPS was confused because the building is behind another building so you may want to put 21 Collins in the GPS instead of 23.

The property was just as shown, clean, 2 parking passes (careful they are not the same) close to the beach, beach chairs included. Host was very very responsive. Lots of amenities: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, sheets and bath towels. Second floor with awesome screened in porch.
