Welcome to Sandals Georgian Bay Cottage! Follow the hidden path from the backyard and a private beach paradise is only 150 meters away!
Our 4 bedroom oasis is newly-renovated and spacious - perfect for couples, families or small groups. Enjoy the hiking and biking trails, or just relax on one of the best beaches in Ontario!
Only 1.5 hours from the GTA. 10 mins to Awenda Prov. Park, 15 minutes to Balm Beach, 20 minutes to Midland restaurants and shopping, 30 minutes to Elmvale Jungle Zoo.
A fully-renovated, 4 season, open-concept, 2-storey home.
The main level welcomes you into a large, open-concept space that includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath, with bath tub, are located down the hall on the main level.
The fully-outfitted kitchen includes an electric stove, full-size fridge, drip coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and all necessities to prepare a gourmet meal, including pots and pans, spatulas, spices and oil. Long counters and a large waterfall island provide ample space for food preparation, cooking and baking.
Enjoy your beautiful meals at the large stylish harvest table indoors or the dining set outside. All dishware, silverware and glassware is provided for your convenience.
If you prefer your meals cooked outdoors, a gaz BBQ is available on the patio adjacent to the kitchen.
Sit back and relax after your meals in the living area, enjoying a delightful fire in the gaz fireplace or watching a show on the available smart TV.
If you're up for some fun, make your way down to the recreation room on the lower level, where you will find a full-sized air hockey and Foosball tables and basketball arcade game.
A projector is also available to screen a movie above the electric fireplace, with surround sound, creating the perfect ambiance for a movie night! Cozy up on 1 of the 2 deep-seated couches, or in the popular hanging egg chair.
Younger guests will find themselves right at home in the den dedicated just for them, with plenty of board games, toys, puzzles and books at their disposal.
Enjoy a private SPA experience in our newly-built cusmon dry sauna, also located on the lower level. There is a conveniently located full bathroom, with shower, adjacent.
The laundry room, with both washer and dryer, is also located and available on the lower level.
If you prefer spending your time outdoors, 2 furnished patios are available to you. One includes the dining set with BBQ and the other one offers comfortable patio furniture, perfect to sit back on and enjoy your morning coffee, read a book or share a glass of wine or a conversation.
A basketball net is available in the front yard for those who Iike to get moving! A basketball is also provided.
Gather around the outdoor fire pit in the evenings and enjoy some roasted marshmallows and star gazing.
Your kids will love the playground and climbing structure on site for outdoor fun during the day. Relax on the hammock or enjoy the 3-person swing while they run around the large yard.

Our family very much enjoyed our recent week in this lovely cottage - 4 adults and 3 children ages 4 to 8. The home is very spacious, bedrooms all a very good size, two bathrooms and washer/dryer all great for our family, kitchen and dining area large, bright and well equipped. The outside play equipment was very well used by our grandkids and the downstairs Games Room was a huge hit for kids and adults alike! Also very much enjoyed the wide selection of board games and puzzles provided. There was a fire ban when we were there so didn’t get to use the fire pit unfortunately. The beach was a short 3 or so minute walk away. Beach itself very wide and sandy (great for long walks and the kids playing) but water shoes definitely needed in the water. Very shallow even out quite a ways - kids enjoyed it but tricky for actual swimming. Cottage was very close to lots of activities from tennis, golf, hiking, shopping in either Midland or Penetanguishene - even close to the Elmvale Zoo. All in all, a great, bright, spacious, clean, very comfortable and well equipped cottage for us all to enjoy! Many thanks to Max and Irina who were very responsive to any questions we had.

A perfect place to hang out together. It was a first for us to rent a place during the winter vacation and this place worked well for us. Max and Irina responded quickly to us which was appreciated.

The six of us had a great time, especially our 2 and 6 year old grandkids. Lots to do inside and outside the house, and a beautiful, quiet beach is only a short walk away. Do be sure to watch the kids carefully on the trail to the beach as there is a lot of poison ivy beside the trail.

Our family had a wonderful week at this lovely, spacious cottage. The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked. The kids really enjoyed the games room in the basement and the beach was great. Really appreciated all of the beach toys and gear. We hope to stay again.
