`The Three Bays` is a King Bed opulent one bedroom waterfront garden apartment with designer outdoor entertaining area. Stylishly decorated in hues reflecting its estuarine location, fully self contained with own entrance, featuring king size bedroom plus double sofa bed, suitable to sleep up to four. A short walk to cafes, restaurants and shopping centres.

Large entertaining garden courtyard with gas BBQ, dining table and outdoor lounge with sensational bay views spanning to the distant city skyline. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cook top, oven, microwave and utensils. Full laundry with washing machine and dryer. Kingsize bedroom includes office desk and ensuite. The property is adjacent to a bay beach, suitable for young children. It is located 30 minute drive to Sydney CBD
Guests have their own private entrance with self check in. The courtyard leads onto a pleasant beach walk.

The property is set on the Georges river and is approximately 400m from cafes and restaurants. Southgate shopping centre, pubs and more cafes are approximately 1km away. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful water frontage and peaceful surroundings.Parking on the street was easy. Ken was great with communication.The Royal National Park is not far and is a beautiful place to visit.There are good cafes and a shopping center in close proximity.It is approximately 30mins by car into The Rocks.The only negative was the noise from the apartment above however they were quiet at night when it counted.Would highly recommend and stay again.

This place had all the home comforts and a pleasant waterfront view. Only issue, a minor one, was the lack of bench space in the bathroom.

We have stayed here a couple of times now and can't speak highly enough of the place. Amazing location, very nice, modern and comfortable apartment. Booking through stayz was a little clunky but the host sorted out everything to ensure we had a comfortable stay.
