About this house rental
Authentic Provencal country house with charming stones, HEATED POOL, for comfortable, pleasant and relaxing holidays, located a stone's throw from the charming medieval village of CASENEUVE, in the LUBERON park.
Character property that can accommodate up to 8 people maximum in season, weekly rental, ten, fortnight ... Day of arrival and departure at the vacationer's choice (animals, contact us).

Basketball hoop, ping-pong table, pétanque games, board games ... Barbecue
4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, indoor kitchen with all household equipment, living / dining room, an open terrace, a covered terrace outside with a second fitted kitchen (summer kitchen) plus corner meal. Complete household equipment, facing the swimming pool and toilets. Garden furniture, tables and chairs. available area around 200 m2 living space.
Sheets, linen and towels are provided free of charge, beds are ready on arrival. Parking, free wifi.

Our house is located outside the village, on a wooded and planted plot of
Approximately 10,000 m2.
In the village, a gourmet restaurant (Le Sanglier laesseux),
A bistro with delicious family cuisine, "Authentic Bistrot" bread and pastries, ... open for lunch and dinner.
Nearby, horse riding, mountain biking in the undergrowth, cycle path, hiking trails from the house. Paragliding, climbing, vineyards and cellars, (The ALLOÏS organic wine cellar, to visit 2 km from the village).
Golf about 15 km, tennis about 8 km, abbey, castles ...
Numerous festivals, theaters, exhibitions, concerts and themed evenings in and around the villages.
Our village of CASENEUVE has kept all its authenticity and calm with its pretty flowery alleys, the ramparts which still surround a good part of the village, the castle, the Oratory which is the largest in Provence a few hundred meters from the house, where it is good in the evening to go and admire our wonderful sunset.
A superb view of the Luberon mountains awaits you when you arrive at the village and the country house
The Colorado of Rustrel is also about 4 km from us, very easy on foot or by mountain bike.
The town of APT 10 km away, its Saturday morning market is visited worldwide. Do not forget to explore the old town as well as St Anne's cathedral.
Very nice circuit to visit our perched villages surrounding Saignon, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Ménerbe, Gordes, Roussillon, Joucas, St Saturnin, Rustrel, Viens, St Martin de Castillonetc ... which also teem with excellent restaurants
As well as the villages and towns of the south Luberon Lourmarin, La Tour D'aigues, Ansouis ...
Climb Mont Ventoux, visit the country of Sault and its lavender fields as far as the eye can see, visit Simiane the charming rotunda village that painters love or Banon country of cheese of the same name. The bravest will climb the Grand Luberon and perhaps stay to discover the wonderful sunrise and sunset.
All his visits are very close to home, between 15 and 30 minutes for the most part and are done without too much fatigue and kilometers to cover.

We loved this beautiful house! Our recent three generation family holiday here was delightful.
The heated pool is amazing, and we spent a lot of time between there and the well-equipped summer kitchen, where we had all our meals. There is lots of equipment for games and we had fun playing table tennis, badminton, football and pétanque. It was nice having so much outside space to wander round and lots of places to sit around and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the terrace and in the lovely garden, surrounded by beautiful plants and vibrant colours—so peaceful and relaxing.
Inside the house the traditional tile flooring throughout and exposed beams add to its character. The house stays cool even during the scorching heat—after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings, it was a relief to step into a refreshingly cool space.
In the house there is lots of useful information about the area. The proximity of the house to other pretty villages and beautiful scenery makes it a great base for exploration. Caseneuve is a quiet, pretty village with amazing sunset views, and we very much liked nearby Saignon, a special village, full of picturesque charm and a friendly atmosphere. There’s a bakery and several places to eat. The local markets are also fun.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Anne-Marie and Germinal for being such gracious and welcoming hosts, we felt like valued guests throughout. We highly recommend this property.

What an amazing property! We had so much room with everything we needed, it was very well equipped . We spent virtually all of our time in the outside kitchen area and didn’t use the indoor kitchen once. The pool was a great size and a nice temperature. The bedrooms were spacious and welcoming. Ann-Marie was a wonderful host, so helpful with advice about the local area. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.
There is no village shop but we found good facilities in Apt and sampled both restaurants in Caseneuve. Takeaway pizza from the bistro was a good option too. It was a lovely holiday for three generations of family wanting to spend time together.

I totally recommend this property and cannot think of any downsides at all. The outside kitchen and eating area was superb as was the pool. The pool was clean and not overly chlorinated. A totally relaxing property

We have stayed in this area many times but this was by far our favourite property. It is a little way out from the bigger towns, and there is no boulangerie in the village. However, that aside, the location is stunning and the property itself perfectly set up for a relaxing break. Teenagers enjoyed the pool, table tennis etc, and the “outdoor kitchen” / dining area was brilliant. The property had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. The hosts were very helpful, & nearby if we needed but did not impose at all.
