About this house rental
This home was completely remodeled in 2021 and is ready to be used! This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 (8 with a blow-up mattress). This home is in the highly desired Coral Canyon Development in Washington, Utah. This property has a 30-night minimum rate as per HOA rules, please message me if you have questions or concerns about this.
Since we started renting this home we have made some additions to the home. Each room has a large dresser, night tables with lamps, and we have a BBQ and some small chairs in the rear patio.
This home is nestled in a small development and has no one behind the home, there is a walking trail and the golf course is nearby. The home is fenced-in and has a small backyard that faces the mountain. The backyard has artificial turf, patio and small area for pets to run around. The neighborhood is very quiet and is surrounded by the Coral Canyon Golfcourse and many different walking trails (both paved and unpaved). This is not a nightly rental area so it is quiet and tranquil, especially at night. The development has multiple amenities such as indoor/outdoor pools (the outdoor pool is seasonal), a full gym, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a private clubhouse, and multiple parks. This area is full of world-renowned places for golfing, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, and almost any outdoor activity!! This place is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, movies, and all other entertainment.
This home is located close to SO MANY amazing places. Here are a few of many:
-Zions national park is 45 minutes
-Brian Head Resort 1 hour
-Snow Canyon State Park 25 minutes
-Sand Hollow Lake and Quail Lake are 15 minutes
-Tuachan Center for the Arts - 28 minutes
-Golf Courses are everywhere in the area - 5-15 minutes away
-Grand Canyon is about 2 hours away
-Bryce Canyon National Park 2 hours
-Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument 1.5 hours
-Arches National Park 4.5 hours
House is equipped with high-speed internet (250 Mbps)
Guests pay through VRBO a $200 cleaning service upon departure. NO cleaning service during your stay unless you hire and pay for cleaning service.
To get a key fob to gain access to the clubhouse, gym, and pool there is a small fee at the HOA office.
There is a non-refundable pet fee for one animal of $200 and for one more additional animal it is an additional $100. Animals must be housebroken, no more than 2 animals. At this time we are not renting to families with children under 12.

We really enjoyed staying here. Great little house that’s been tastefully updated and maintained. Perfect location to access all to do in the region. Loved listening to the birds on the private back porch. Great host who was super responsive and helpful. Looking forward to staying again on future trips to the area.

We stayed her for a month. It fit our needs perfectly. The house was cozy. We loved the gas fireplace in the morning. Our small dog loved the backyard. I recommend.

Nice place needs a a bit more furniture like night tables and lamps etc. in the guest rooms. Twin beds in the guest rooms would be a good idea. Dinning table small but worked. I would stay again.
