The Space
This custom log lodge sleeps up to 10 guests and features 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, including four king bedrooms and one room with two twin beds. Three of the king suites include private bathrooms and access to their own deck overlooking the property.
The spacious great room features soaring ceilings, comfortable seating, a stone fireplace, and a large Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals, plus a coffee bar for your morning routine.
Entertainment & Recreation
The Lodge was designed for fun and relaxation:
• Private lighted pickleball court for day or night play • Hot tub and barrel sauna • Honky Tonk-themed game room • Karaoke stage with Nashville-inspired décor • Pool table, arcade games, electronic dartboard, and Smart TVs • Putting green, cornhole, and horseshoes • Large fire pit with seating for the whole group

Everything was perfect for my husband’s birthday celebration with four other couples. Beds were super comfortable, location was close to so many things we wanted to do, the fire pits and other amenities were very welcoming after a long day. It was a great place to gather and I definitely want to come back again! Chuck and Sherri communicated everything upfront so I didn’t need to reach out at any time during the stay. I highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as promised. The home was beautiful, amenities were great and it was the perfect location; not too far from downtown Nashville but far enough to step back and relax.

We met our son, daughter in law and their 2 year old son at The Lodge at Pineybrook in April 2026 for a 4 night get away. We had a wonderful time. The Lodge exceeded our expectations! The game room, putting green, fire pit, hot tub and pickle ball court made the stay so much fun. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and the house was extremely clean. The owners made check in and out so simple and checked on us during the stay. Can’t recommend this house enough. Easily holds 10 people comfortably!
