Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood & located near the Medical District & River District, you will be close to everything you need for a great stay in Fort Worth. Enjoy swimming fun at Burger’s Lake, local walking, biking & hiking trails nearby. Only 4.7 miles from the Historic Stockyards, 4.2 miles from Dickies Arena, 6 miles from downtown Ft. Worth, 7 miles from Magnolia, 7 miles from the Medical District and 7 miles from TCU. This charming home is only 30 minutes away from AT&T stadium, Globe Life Park, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, DFW Airport, and Texas Motor Speedway.

This cozy 2 bedroom home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay including a washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen & bathroom, internet access, 50” Smart TV in the living room as well as books and games to enjoy during your time here. Each bedroom holds a queen bed, blackout curtains, 32" Smart TV and large closet space with hangers and a dresser. The master bedroom also provides a twin size rolling/folding bed that is stored in the closet. The kitchen provides a 4-burner range/oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, plenty of cookware, dishes, flatware and many basic spices.
You will have exclusive, full use of the home along with a private front entrance & private backyard. You will have access to the interior of the home, backyard, garage and driveway. The garage only accomodates standard size vehicles. A minivan will fit but it will be a tight fit. Any large SUV's or trucks will be able to park in the driveway directly behind the garage. Parking is available on the street but it is very limited. Please do not park in the driveway of the resident next door.

This is the second time we have stayed at this venue, and have continued to find it comfortable and perfect for our needs. We'd come back again in the future if we are fortunate enough to return to Fort Worth.

Opening the door of this Vrbo was like a breath of fresh air...literally! There is an air filter in the living room...it was ultra clean and so adorable. The pictures online don't do it justice. There is a fully stocked bookshelf with the latest best reads and classics; comfy living room area with clean blankets to snuggle with, floor poofs to lay on, and even board games; and a big flat screen TV if that is what you need at the end of a long day. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked with anything you'd need to cook or bake, dishware and utensil wise. Full sized washer and dryer just off of the kitchen and a garage to park your vehicle in. My friend and I felt it was important to note that while there is only one shower (an adorable boho style shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for you to use) there are 2 toilets (separately roomed) with a separate sink area, so plenty of bathroom space to use if staying with a small group. The bedrooms are clean, boho style, and have lots of storage and cute touches. The ONLY "negative" is that the backyard is on the smaller side and not landscaped. That said, I'm not from Texas so I'm not sure if that's how backyards are generally kept there. The neighborhood isn't the most impressive, but we felt safe while there and the yard is completely fenced in with a privacy fence. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay again-it was a perfect little home away from home!
